How Does It Work?
Follow these three easy steps to claim your reward:
Step 1: Find an Apartment
1. Search our online database to view pictures, floor plans and maps to narrow your search.
2. Schedule a viewing with those properties that match your criteria and meet your needs.
Step 2: Guest Card and Rental Application
When visiting a property you will be asked to complete a guest card. Please make sure you list Apartment Search on your guest card as your referring agency.
On the referral portion of the rental application, please list Apartment Search as your referring source. If there is more than one application, make sure each application reads the same.
Step 3: Return here saintlouisapartments.com and fill out the rebate form below.
Once the online rebate form below is filled out, we will mail your rebate card to the address you indicate. All rebates are subject to Terms and Conditions. It's that easy!
How Much Will I Receive?
The amount of your rebate will depend on the amount of your monthly rent. Please refer to the chart below. We will mail your rebate card promptly after we are paid by the apartment community, typically between two and eight weeks.
